The ‘Sonic Wave’ a continual sound where the IP Camera and app communicate. The ‘Bong’ tone will sound every 25 seconds, this signifies the IP Camera is in pairing mode. The ‘Success’ tone, a higher pitched ring that will sound only once, the ‘Sonic Wave’ may continue to sound after the ‘Success’ tone but you should press 'Next' to finalise pairing.

  • Q: How is footage saved?
Answer : Please first ensure that you insert a compatible Micro SD card into the camera. Footage will be saved both locally (on the memory card) and onto the Cave app for viewing. Files will automatically loop record, meaning that if the card becomes full, the most recent footage will replace the oldest footage. Should an incident occur, please ensure to save the files before they are replaced- there is no way to retrieve replaced files.
